An oil and gas industry must have, the Black Stallion CF2215-GY deluxe coverall is constructed of durable FR treated cotton and tested to retain protection through 100 washes. The coveralls meet or exceed industry standards for FR and Arc Flash (NFPA 2112 and NFPA 70E -- ARC 2 ATPV 10cal/cm2). Durable 9 oz. flame-resistant treated cotton with an adjustable elastic waistband for a better fit. Chest pockets have protective flaps and pencil slots. Gusseted underarms provide greater freedom of movement. The large hip pockets have a coin catch. The 2-way FR zipper has a protective flap. Meets OSHA 1910.269 and 1910.132. **NOTE: FR (flame-resistant) garments are light weight breathable protection that is mainly used for light welding, cutting, and grinding. 'Flame-resistant' means when a spark(s) lands on the garment, the garment will extinguish itself (it wont continue to burn) and sometimes the spark can create a hole on the garment. Consider leather for full protection for applications that are more than light-duty welding, cutting, and grinding.
